Kay K-20B

The Kay K-20B has a body made from plywood laminate and pickups of a single coil bar type. It is often erroneously described as American made, since Kay were originally a Chicago based instrument maker noted for their double basses. They went out of business around 1970, and the brand name was then used on a number of intruments imported from Taiwan.
